TGI Fridays UK is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef for our Southampton restaurant to lead the operation with guest obsession and real food, real vibes. You’ll drive performance, uphold brand standards and champion team development in a fast-paced environment.

• The successful applicant should have solid experience in a similar role and a proven track record of leading and delivering.
• The ability to demonstrate a guest-obsessed culture.
• Restaurant / hospitality experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams to success.
• Strong financial skills and ability to manage audits and due diligence.
• The ability and skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
• Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver business results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast.
• Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests.

Being a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef

Key Responsibilities

While you are reporting to the General Manager you will be leading in all aspects of kitchen operations for your store.

Your key duties will include the following;
