ST TALENT are recruiting an experienced Kitchen Manager to join a busy restaurant near Barnsley. This role offers daytime hours only with no late shifts and a chance to lead the grill station to a consistently high standard.

You will manage grill cooking, maintain quality, monitor stock, and support food safety and team collaboration. A Food Hygiene certificate is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Grill Chef or Grill Cook, ideally with at least four years' experience in a busy environment.
• Good knowledge of different cuts of meat, marinades and grilling techniques.
• A reliable, hardworking approach with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• A Food Hygiene Certificate would be advantageous.
