Hospitality & Catering Solutions is recruiting a Grill Chef for a stylish neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar near St Katherines Dock in London. You will manage the grill, cooking prime meats and fish, and join a brigade of 15+ in a busy kitchen that serves around 150 covers daily, rising to 220/240 on weekends.

H&C Solutions are proudly recruiting for an exclusive neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar near to St Katherines Dock (E1). The restaurant oozes style and elegance. Every fixture/furniture within the restaurant, bar and private dining room are hand-picked, creating a unique dining experience their guests. The restaurant is hugely successful with predominately neighbourhood, repeat custom.

Grill Chef benefits:

• Grill Chef (managing the Grill - cooking prime cuts of meats and fish)
• 150 covers per day, 220/240 covers during the weekend
• Brigade of 15+ within the kitchen
• Lots of support on your section - at least 2 per section
• £40,000 to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Grill Chef requirements:

• They are seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate, career driven and works well within as part of a team.
• A skilled Chef de Partie with a proven employment background having trained and gained experience on the grill section.
• A Chef de Partie that is happy to work 45/48 hours over a 4 day week.
