Job summary

George in Gravesend is seeking a Kitchen Lead to inspire a talented kitchen team and deliver food to be proud of within a busy pub environment.

You will train staff, manage ordering and stock, uphold health and hygiene, work within a branded menu, and contribute to targets, discounts for staff and opportunities to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub or restaurant.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high food quality.
• Strong target focus and cost control responsibilities.
