Mitchells & Butlers’ Marquis Arms in Swansea is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for serving great food. You will train the chefs and kitchen team, drive targets, and manage food ordering and stock control while upholding health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering processes.
• Familiarity with health and hygiene regulations.
