Job summary

Kings Head in Grimsby is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to back the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead the kitchen team, train chefs, and deliver food to a branded menu with passion.

You’ll manage shifts, food ordering, prep, stock control and ensure health and hygiene standards. Mitchells & Butlers benefits include pension, holidays, discounts and progression opportunities.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Kings Head, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.
