Mitchells & Butlers is looking for a Part Time Kitchen Lead to drive a talented kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes across our Nicholson's pubs. You’ll coach and motivate the team, manage stock, ordering and hygiene, and ensure every plate meets our branded standards while working flexible shifts.
