Job summary

Kings Head in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, ensuring brand standards and a high level of guest satisfaction across our pub menu.

Join Mitchells & Butlers’ Kings Head brand and help drive targets with your team, manage stock and food preparation, and uphold health and hygiene regulations while delivering great food and a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Kings Head, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.
