Wickes is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Sales Consultant to turn enquiries into sales and guide customers from showroom to home visits. You’ll combine strong sales skills with design tools to create spaces customers love.

You’ll train with our team and use the 3D Cloud design tools to present inspiring layouts, maintaining high showroom standards while meeting targets and earning uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• You have sales experience and can close deals.
• You are motivated by targets and commissions.
• You listen, build rapport and develop trusted relationships.
• You are keen to learn about products and design tools.
• You stay calm handling questions and challenges.
• You are organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
• You stay updated with local market trends.
• You’ll need a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by turning enquiries into sales and working toward targets.
• Generate leads within showroom and follow up with potential customers.
• Build trusted relationships in-store, virtually and at home for confident decisions.
• Create inspiring design using 3D Cloud tools for kitchen/bathroom visuals.
• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtually or at home with high attention.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Stay compliant with company policies, GDPR and health & safety.
