Job summary

Wickes is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Sales Consultant to help customers create spaces they feel proud of. You’ll handle showroom conversations, visits to customers at home, and guide them to a purchase using Wickes’ 3D Cloud design tools.

You’ll join a supportive training programme with mentoring, a company laptop, and a clear path to earning uncapped commission as you grow your design and sales skills.

Qualifications

• You have sales experience and close deals with customers.
• You are motivated by hitting targets and earning commission.
• You are customer-focused, with strong listening and rapport-building skills.
• You are eager to learn product knowledge and design tools.
• You stay calm and confident when handling questions or challenges.
• You are organised, proactive and take ownership of details.
• You keep up-to-date with market trends and local insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales: turn enquiries into sales by finding the right solutions for each customer’s space and budget, working towards your targets.
• Generate leads: proactively create opportunities within your showroom and follow up with potential customers.
• Build trusted relationships: support customers in-store, virtually and at home, helping them make confident decisions.
• Create inspiring design: use our new 3D Cloud design tools to create, present and refine kitchen and bathroom designs with customers.
• Deliver our full Wickes customer journey: whether it’s in-store, virtual, or at a customer’s home, you’ll treat every customer with the same attention.
• Look after your showroom maintaining displays and keeping up our high standards.
• Stay compliant with all company policies and regulations including finance, GDPR, and health & safety.
