Job summary

Wickes is hiring a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Sales Consultant to turn enquiries into sales and guide customers from showroom to home visits. You'll use design tools to create inspiring layouts and drive the full customer journey with outstanding service.

Training, tools and mentoring are provided to develop design skills and long-term careers. You’ll need sales experience, a customer-focused approach and a UK driving licence to visit customers at home.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or similar environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to build trust.
• Ability to listen, advise and guide customers to a purchase.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by turning enquiries into purchases within customers’ space and budget while meeting targets.
• Generate leads within showroom and follow up with potential customers.
• Build trusted relationships in-store, virtually and at home to help customers make confident decisions.
• Create inspiring design using 3D Cloud tools to present and refine kitchen/bathroom designs with customers.
• Deliver Wickes customer journey across in-store, virtual and at-home experiences with consistent service quality.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold Wickes’ high standards.
• Stay compliant with finance, GDPR and health & safety policies.
