Job summary

Wickes is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Sales Consultant to join our permanent full-time team in the UK showroom network. You will guide customers from initial conversations to home visits, recommending the right solutions and driving towards sales targets.

Training, tools and ongoing support are provided to develop design skills and a long-term career. Responsibilities include turning enquiries into sales, generating leads, building trusted relationships, and using our 3D Cloud design

Qualifications

• You have sales experience and can identify customer needs, recommend solutions and close deals.
• You are motivated by targets and enjoy earning commission while helping customers.
• You are customer-focused, build rapport and develop trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by turning enquiries into purchases and working toward targets.
• Generate leads within showroom and follow up with potential customers.
• Build trusted relationships in-store, virtually and at home using excellent service.
• Create inspiring kitchen and bathroom designs with our 3D Cloud tools and present to customers.
• Deliver Wickes customer journey across in-store, virtual and home visits with consistent attention.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold Wickes’ high standards.
• Stay compliant with company policies, including finance, GDPR and health & safety.
