Job summary

Paragon Resource Solutions Ltd is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for a permanent, on-site role at RAF Marham. You will serve as the principal contact for residents during refurbishment projects, coordinating liaison activities and visits, and keeping residents informed of progress and schedules.

The position requires excellent customer service, a full driving license, and solid IT skills (MS Office and Excel).

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience of working with the general public in a customer facing role.
• Full driving license
• IT skills specifically Microsoft Office and Excel
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents during planned refurbishment and upgrade work.
• Organise, deliver and attend resident liaison/ meetings to consult residents on issues.
• Carry out pre-start visits or phone calls during survey stage.
• Keep residents informed about work schedules and liaise throughout the project.
• Assist with health and safety checks.
• Deal with complaints including initial and follow up visits.
• Record and acknowledge all customer contacts accurately.
• Maintain high standards of customer care with residents and site teams.
• Provide general administration and supervise tradespeople as needed.

Our client, a reputable Building Maintenance contractor is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a permanent basis based at RAF Marham.

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. 30 minutes lunch.

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Working closely with the site manager to act as the primary point of contact for residents having planned refurbishment and upgrade work carried out to their home.
• To organise, deliver and attend programmes of resident liaison/meetings where there is a need to consult residents on issues.
• Visiting properties at survey stage to carry out pre-start visits or phone calls.
• Regularly visit properties and ensure residents are kept fully informed of what work will be taking place and when and be available for liaison throughout the work.
• Assist with health & safety checks.
• Deal with complaints including initial and follow up visits.
• Accurately record and acknowledge all customer contacts.
• Maintain communication to the highest possible standards of customer care with residents and site teams.
• General administration
• Some supervisory responsibility overseeing the tradespeople.
