Job summary

Paragon Resource Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join a reputable building maintenance contractor on a permanent basis, based at RAF Marham. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

The role involves coordinating with the site manager, engaging residents, and ensuring clear communication throughout refurbishment work. You will visit properties, deliver liaison programmes, assist with health and safety checks, handle complaints, and maintain high standards of

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service and public-facing experience.
• Full driving license.
• IT skills: Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for residents during planned refurbishment and upgrades.
• Organise and attend resident liaison meetings to consult residents on issues.
• Carry out pre-start visits to properties and follow-up calls.
• Regularly inform residents about work and liaise throughout the project.
• Assist with health and safety checks and deal with complaints.
• Record customer contacts accurately and maintain high communication standards.
• Provide general administration and supervise tradespeople where needed.
