Job summary

Trust Education Limited is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learning in primary settings across the Rotherham area. You will assist in classrooms, run small groups, and help pupils with learning and wellbeing.

The role requires good English and Maths, strong communication, patience and reliability. Experience with primary children and safeguarding commitment are valued, with DBS enhanced check required.

  • Support pupils with additional learning or SEND needs as required.
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress to teaching staff.
  • Supervise pupils during lessons, breaks, trips and school activities.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff and parents/carers where appropriate.
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
