The Role:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to Key Stage 1 pupils with SEN.
  • Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
  • Promote independence, confidence, and social development.
  • Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage behaviour positively and consistently.
  • Assist with personal care and wellbeing where required.
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals.
Abou You
You should have:
  • Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable, not essential).

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
