Job summary

Four Seasons Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Key Holder for a vibrant premium fashion store in Bicester. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes delivering exceptional, relationship-led service while acting as brand ambassador and owning the shop floor when required.

You will assist with opening and closing procedures, merchandising, stock handling and coaching the team, while driving sales and store KPIs through personalised styling and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium, contemporary or luxury fashion retail.
• Strong customer service, communication and selling skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic approach to fashion and styling.
• Awareness of sales targets and store KPIs.
• Experience as a Key Holder or supervisor is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and support a wider team.
• Willing to work across store opening hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience through product knowledge and relationship-led selling, while driving individual sales and KPIs.
• Act as a passionate brand ambassador, representing the brand's personality and values and encouraging long-term loyalty.
• Support day-to-day running of the store, including opening/closing, store systems, transactions, returns and customer queries.
• Maintain excellent visual and operational standards across the store, including merchandising and stock presentation.
• Support, train and coach the wider team to create a positive and energetic environment.
• Deliver styling sessions, support promotions/events and contribute to commercial initiatives.
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

Working as part of a passionate retail team and reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role is ideal for a fashion-focused retail professional who enjoys building genuine client relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience and taking ownership of the shop floor when required.

As a Key Holder, you will act as a strong brand ambassador, supporting the Store Manager with the smooth running of the store while providing a positive and inspiring presence for the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience through product knowledge, styling advice and relationship-led selling, while driving individual sales and contributing to store KPIs.
• Act as a passionate brand ambassador, representing the brand's personality and values while building strong client relationships and encouraging long-term loyalty within the local community.
• Support the day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing procedures, store systems, transactions, returns, customer queries and handling sensitive situations professionally.
• Maintain excellent visual and operational standards across the store, including merchandising, stock presentation, replenishment and ensuring the stockroom remains organised.
• Support, train and coach the wider team, providing regular feedback and helping to create a positive, energetic and collaborative environment.
• Deliver engaging styling sessions, support promotional activity and events, and contribute to key commercial initiatives.
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience and the team remains motivated and focused.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in premium, contemporary or luxury fashion retail.
• Strong customer service, communication and selling skills, with a genuine passion for building client relationships.
• A confident and enthusiastic approach to fashion, styling and product, with an interest in creativity and the wider arts and culture space.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of sales targets and retail KPIs.
• Previous Key Holder or supervisory experience would be advantageous.
• Confident working independently, taking responsibility and supporting a wider team.
• Professional, personable and proactive, with the ability to remain positive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible and available to work across store opening hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
