Job summary

Four Seasons Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dynamic Key Holder for a flagship fashion store in the United Kingdom. You will work with the Store Manager to ensure a seamless shopping experience and act as a positive, inspiring presence on the shop floor.

The role focuses on delivering personalised service, driving sales, and nurturing client relationships, with responsibility for opening/closing procedures and stock control.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or contemporary fashion retail.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Confident and enthusiastic approach to fashion, styling and product.
• Commercially aware with understanding of sales targets and retail KPIs.
• Previous Key Holder or supervisory experience would be advantageous.
• Confident working independently and taking responsibility when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and engaging customer experience through strong product knowledge, styling advice and relationship-led selling.
• Drive individual sales performance while contributing to the store's monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm, bringing its distinctive personality, creativity and values to life on the shop floor.
• Maintain excellent store standards, including visual merchandising, product presentation and stock organisation.
• Support store opening and closing procedures and take responsibility for the store when acting as Key Holder.
• Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and support the wider team when required.
• Help create a positive, energetic and collaborative team environment.
• Handle transactions accurately and professionally, including high-value purchases.
• Support stock deliveries, replenishment, stock management and general operational tasks.
• Contribute to promotional activity, events and key commercial initiatives.

The Role
