Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to help drive sales and uphold the store’s high standards in Swansea. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store presentation.

With 12 hours per week and keyholder responsibilities, you will support daily operations, assist customers with product information, manage transactions, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment that reflects the Crew brand’s British heritage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand

• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
