Four Seasons Recruitment is seeking a Key Holder for a full-time, permanent position in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and supporting store operations as a confident, brand-ambitious team member.

You will build lasting client relationships, mentor colleagues, and contribute to visual standards and stock control while representing the brand with enthusiasm during peak periods and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in premium or contemporary fashion retail.
• Strong customer service and selling skills, with a genuine passion for building client relationships.
• A confident and enthusiastic approach to fashion, styling and product.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of sales targets and retail KPIs.
• Previous Key Holder or supervisory experience would be advantageous.
• Confident working independently and taking responsibility when required.
• Professional, personable and service-driven, with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A natural team player who is happy to support and motivate colleagues.
• Flexible and available to work across store opening hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a personalised and engaging customer experience through strong product knowledge, styling advice and relationship-led selling.
• Drive individual sales performance while contributing to the store's monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm, bringing its distinctive personality, creativity and values to life on the shop floor.
• Maintain excellent store standards, including visual merchandising, product presentation and stock organisation.
• Support store opening and closing procedures and take responsibility for the store when acting as Key Holder.
• Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and support the wider team when required.
• Help create a positive, energetic and collaborative team environment.
• Handle transactions accurately and professionally, including high-value purchases.
• Support stock deliveries, replenishment, stock management and general operational tasks.
• Contribute to promotional activity, events and key commercial initiatives.

The Role

Working as part of a passionate retail team and reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role is ideal for a fashion-focused retail professional who enjoys building genuine client relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience and taking ownership of the shop floor when required.

As a Key Holder, you will play an important role in supporting the Store Manager with the smooth running of the store, while acting as a positive and inspiring presence for the wider team.
