Four Seasons Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a premium fashion brand in Bicester. The role involves leading a large team, driving sales, and maintaining premium standards of presentation and customer service.

You will own store performance, develop staff, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a high-footfall luxury environment. This permanent, on-site position offers up to £50,000 PA based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Store Management experience within luxury retail, fashion, premium clothing or a similar high-end environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing and developing a large team.
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a large retail team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
• Recruit, onboard and coach team members, supporting their ongoing development and progression.
• Take full ownership of store performance, working towards and exceeding sales and commercial targets.
• Drive sales through strong leadership, clienteling and exceptional customer service.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, cash handling, health & safety and company procedures.
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise commercial results.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong, lasting client relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the highest standards of presentation, styling and service.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
• Complete operational and management tasks to a high standard and within required deadlines.
• Work closely with the wider management and regional teams to support the continued success of the store.
• Support the delivery of key brand initiatives, launches and commercial events.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail leader to take ownership of a high-performing store, lead a large team and deliver an exceptional customer experience within a premium fashion environment.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the store, leading and developing a team of colleagues.

About You

• Professional, polished and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and available to work across store opening hours, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
