Fred Perry Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused store associate in Liverpool to deliver excellent service and maintain merchandising standards. You will greet customers, determine needs with open questions, and support management with daily operations.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication skills, and accurate till handling. You will participate in loss prevention and help keep displays fresh and inviting.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and courteously on entry.
• Identify customer needs using open questions.
• Record and relay customer comments to management.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately.
• Maintain stockroom organization to prevent loss.
• Re-merchandise displays and POS areas to boost sales.
• Demonstrate till operations and banking administration.
• Step in for Store/Assistant Manager when needed.
• Inform management of policy or compliance issues.
• Perform additional duties as required by Store Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store

• Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions

• Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management

• Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise

• Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organised and maintaining proper procedures

• Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximise product sell through

• Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration

• Deputise For the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence

• Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management
