Fred Perry in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive retail team member to welcome customers, understand their needs, and support store operations. The role involves till duties, stock handling, merchandising, and assisting in managing store standards.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly as they enter the store.
• Identify customer needs using open questions.
• Record and relay customer feedback to Store Management.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately.
• Assist with loss prevention and maintain stockroom organisation.
• Re-merchandise displays and keep POS areas fresh.
• Handle till operations and cash transactions.
• Step in for Store/Assistant Manager when needed.
• Inform managers of policy compliance issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Store Management.

Triple Wimbledon champion Fred Perry founded his brand in 1952. He was the son of a cotton spinner, who played and fought his way through, always with style – and despite the establishment. Today, Fred Perry is a global community of over 370 employees, all inspired by the Laurel Wreath and what it represents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store

• Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions

• Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management

• Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise

• Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organised and maintaining proper procedures

• Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximise product sell through

• Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration

• Deputise For the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence

• Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management
