Fred Perry is seeking a customer-facing store professional in Greater London to deliver exceptional service and drive product engagement. You will greet customers, assess needs through open questions, and assist with merchandise presentation and till operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and reliability to support store management and maintain brand standards across the shop floor.

Responsabilités

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions.
• Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management.
• Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organised and maintaining proper procedures.
• Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximise product sell through.
• Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration.
• Deputise For the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence.
• Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
