You will manage key accounts and national customers, ensuring timely and cost-efficient service while collaborating with operations and commercial teams.

The role emphasizes KPIs, pricing, invoicing, and the use of SAP and online portals to improve the customer journey. Starting salary £29,000 with experience-based progression.

Qualifications

• GCSE 4+ or equivalent to C in Maths and English.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer and business requirements with high service levels.
• Pro-actively manage the order book for key accounts.
• Liaise with operational and commercial teams to ensure KPI targets.
• Process orders from pricing to invoicing and resolve queries.
• Provide timely administration and support across sales and deliveries.
