Job summary

Bentley Designs is seeking a Key Account Handler in Bicester. This office-based role supports the Customer Services Manager and Area Sales Managers, focusing on key accounts, order processing and timely updates from order placement to delivery.

You will manage customer relationships, handle ERP-driven orders, coordinate with transport and operations teams, and provide accurate reports to keep stakeholders informed. Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and account-management experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in orders.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts within a designated territory.
• Process orders accurately via ERP, including direct container orders.
• Generate weekly reports for accounts on orders and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with transport, accounts and operations teams to ensure smooth orders.
• Chase outstanding service or collection issues to resolution.
