A global transport solutions company in Warwick is seeking a professional to manage high-value accounts and maintain customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for negotiating agreements, utilizing IT tools for sales, and ensuring delivery support. The ideal candidate has experience in complex sales offers and excellent relationship management skills, along with a full UK driving license for regular travel. Maintaining correct levels of contact with the respective dealers to provide professional support to the Key Accounts to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction are met. You will provide concise reports on all key Fleet activities including but not limited to, forward order predictions; market information; and the highlighting of potential sales opportunities.
Utilising the Company’s integrated suite of IT tools in an effective manner to ensure swift and accurate responses to requests for quotation and transfer through the sales “stages” to build, deliver and invoice.
Negotiating agreements with a portfolio of accounts and working collaboratively with other departments to meet customer needs.
Ensuring successful application and continued fulfilment of the agreements signed, in terms of delivery of the vehicles into service; securing the appropriate aftermarket support; evaluating customer satisfaction; developing and implementing corrective action plans where necessary.
