Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation in Leicester is seeking a Key Accounts Administrator on a fixed-term 6-month contract to support our Service Delivery Team. You will build strong relationships with key account clients, update portals, and ensure closure of work orders and tasks.

You will provide bespoke reports through the Otis CRM system, support Account managers, and keep customers informed about any shutdown units, driving service excellence and timely communication.
