Otis, a world-leading elevator and escalator manufacturer, is recruiting a Key Accounts Administrator to join the Service Delivery Team in Leicester on a fixed-term 6-month contract. Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm.

On a typical day you will build relationships with our key account clients, update clients and portals, provide bespoke reports via the Otis CRM, support account managers, and keep customers informed about progress, including any shutdown units.

• Able to work as part of a team and handle pressure.

Mansioni

• Build relationships with key account clients and account teams.
• Update clients and portals, ensure closure of work orders.
• Provide bespoke reports via Otis CRM.
• Support Account managers with information for meetings.
• Provide updates on shutdowns and inform customers of progress.
