Job summary

Otis Elevator Company in Leicester is hiring a Key Accounts Administrator on a fixed-term 6-month contract to join the Service Delivery Team. The role focuses on building relationships with key accounts and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

You will update clients, run bespoke reports via the Otis CRM, support account managers, and keep customers informed about progress, including shutdown units. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 10am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with key account clients and account team.
• Update clients and web portals and ensure closure of work orders/tasks.
• Provide agreed customer bespoke reports through use of the Otis CRM system.
• Support Account managers and provide relevant information for customer meetings.
• Provide extensive updates on any shutdown units and keep customer informed of progress.
