Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Key Accounts Administrator in Leicester for a 6 month fixed term contract. The role interfaces with internal and external customers from Otisline, with a 8am–4pm Monday–Friday schedule and potential upskilling across the customer service centre.

You will build relationships with key accounts, update clients and portals, and provide reports via the Otis CRM. Support for account managers and status updates on shutdown units are key parts of the job.
