CMR Jobs Limited is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to manage an umbrella and contractor accountancy portfolio. You will nurture agency relationships, drive contractor referrals and own day-to-day client interactions with recruitment consultants.

You’ll work closely with the BDM, build trust, and hit KPIs through strong relationship management, cold calling and proactive project coordination. The role is Monday–Friday, with a 37.5-hour week and a base plus OTE structure.

• Proven ability to call agencies and consultants to generate referrals and develop accounts.
• Experience building relationships with recruitment agencies and consultants.
• Ability to manage and leverage contractor-focused conversations effectively.

• Proactively calling agencies to generate referrals and develop accounts.
• Schedule meetings for the BDM and maintain momentum in their absence.
• Assist contractors to set up and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Nurture relationships via phone, email, social media and occasional in-person meetings.
• Identify opportunities to expand work with additional consultants within agencies.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
