Partnering with one of our strategic customers, this key account management role will require you to bring your skills and expertise around business planning, negotiation, and customer relationships.

As a National Key Account Manager, you will work with the Tork brand in our Professional Hygiene business.

This role reports into the Sales Manager. It is a national role with regular and extensive travel around the UK, including staying away from home during the working week.

What You Will Do
  1. Develop joint business plans for designated key customers
  2. Review plans regularly; lead customer relationships through business planning, implementation, and follow-up
  3. Negotiate contracts, including product offerings and pricing strategies
  4. Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity of roles
  5. Analyze customer information to identify and manage business risks and opportunities
  6. Support Account Managers in achieving strategic plans within the customer base
Who You Are
  • Proven experience managing key accounts at a national level
  • Ability to self-lead and use initiative to find solutions
  • Strong consultative and strategic selling skills
  • Experience in health and hygiene sectors
  • Highly organized and structured approach
