Job summary

Pertemps Crawley Perms is seeking a Key Account Coordinator to manage a single key customer account, handling orders, quotations, deliveries and docs with suppliers and the wider operations team.

The role requires strong organisation, meticulous attention to detail and a professional, proactive approach to updating customers with clear information while coordinating with international suppliers. Hybrid working available after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the order process for key/high-priority accounts.
• Excellent attention to detail with orders and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check and issue quotations in line with customer requirements and supplier pricing.
• Process and manage purchase orders with international suppliers, keeping track of lead times and delivery dates.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to provide updates on order progress and resolve queries.
• Check supplier invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Produce and maintain regular reports covering order status and supply chain activity.
• Support with incoming goods, including checking deliveries and accompanying documentation.
• Assist with preparing goods for despatch and ensuring shipping/export documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain records and filing across customer and supplier orders; ensure ISO9001 quality processes are followed.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the wider operations team.
