Pertemps in East Grinstead is seeking a skilled Key Account Coordinator to manage a single key customer account day-to-day, coordinating orders, quotations and delivery timelines with suppliers and the wider operations team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting the order process for key or high-priority customer accounts.
• Excellent attention to detail with orders, quotations, documentation and delivery information.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Confident in communicating with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check and issue quotations in line with customer requirements and supplier pricing.
• Process and manage purchase orders with international suppliers; track lead times and delivery dates.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to provide updates on order progress and resolve queries.
• Check supplier invoices against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Produce and maintain regular reports on order status and supply chain activity.
• Support incoming goods, including checking deliveries and accompanying documentation.
• Assist with preparing goods for despatch and ensuring shipping/export documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain accurate records across customer and supplier orders.
• Assist with ensuring processes follow ISO9001 quality standards.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the wider operations team.
