Job summary

Quest Personal Care Global Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to manage Key Account retail customers and independent retailer orders from enquiry to delivery. You will have 2+ years of sales order management experience and join a fulfilment team coordinating with warehouse, merchandisers and sales agents across UK and export markets.

Responsibilities include processing orders, SAP-based stock checks, liaising with overseas factories, updating portals, and ensuring timely deliveries

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing commercial sales orders.
• Excellent communication skills for key account customers.
• A team player who shares knowledge for team benefit.
• Strong administration skills to minimise order delays.
• SAP experience is preferred; training available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Process warehouse sales orders.
• Use SAP to check stock availability, update export delivery notes and invoices.
• Provide sales support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with overseas factories in China for shipments.
• Create new product files, and update product images/details on portal.
• Manage stock for forecasted orders.
• Coordinate with freight agents for deliveries and quotes.
• Offer exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
