Based in the North East Lincolnshire area, the role focuses on delivering reliable service, coordinating UK and international deliveries, and maintaining profitable account performance with close teamwork across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight, logistics, transport coordination or customer account administration would be particularly relevant.
• Customer focus and the confidence to manage customer expectations.
• Organisation: prioritise competing requirements and maintain accurate records.
• Commercial awareness: comfort with costs, invoicing and account performance.

Responsibilities

• Customer account ownership: act as main contact and manage daily requirements.
• Transport arrangements: coordinate UK and international deliveries with clear timings.
• Freight and import support: work with operations to keep shipments on track.
• Order fulfilment: coordinate orders and support timely dispatch.
• Stock coordination: track stock and resolve discrepancies affecting orders.
• Commercial control: monitor account costs, invoices, and revenue for profitability.
• Customer problem-solving: respond to queries and follow issues to resolution.
• Working relationships: balance priorities with the wider operation.
