William Reed is seeking a Junior Web Analyst to help colleagues across the business make better decisions through web analytics. You will work on website performance, audience behaviour and marketing data across a large portfolio of digital brands, producing reporting, insights and analysis to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in web analytics, digital measurement and using data to solve problems.
• Familiarity with at least one web analytics platform (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Piano Analytics or similar).
• Understanding of web analytics principles and audience behaviour; willingness to learn more.
• Strong numerical, analytical and logical thinking; ability to identify trends from data.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and reliability; confident in stakeholder collaboration.
• Exposure to Google Tag Manager or website tracking is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Producing regular reporting and insights to help stakeholders understand website performance, audience behaviour and marketing effectiveness
• Acting as a day‑to‑day point of contact for analytics queries, helping colleagues interpret data and answer business questions
• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, audience segments and performance metrics within web analytics platforms
• Investigating web analytics, tracking and measurement issues, identifying root causes and supporting their resolution with relevant teams
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights
• Supporting the accuracy, quality and continuous improvement of web analytics, tracking and measurement practices
