Job summary

CTI Digital is seeking a Web Analyst in Manchester to own front-end tracking, analytics, and stakeholder reporting. You will configure GTM and GA4, build dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI, and partner with marketing to optimise campaigns.

You’ll help govern data privacy and support robust data pipelines across client projects. The role blends front-end analytics with data engineering, offering hybrid work and opportunities for growth within a leading digital agency.

Qualifications

• Experience building Looker Studio and Power BI dashboards.
• Hands-on use of Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Knowledge of cookie consent platforms like OneTrust or Cookiebot.
• Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts (BigQuery).
• Strong data privacy practices and compliance mindset.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Tracking: implement, audit, and manage GTM across client sites.
• Web Analytics Mastery: configure GA4 properties and events.
• Compelling Visualisation: design dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI.

• Data Privacy & Governance: manage consent tracking and GDPR compliance.
• Technical Foundations: oversee data flow into warehousing (BigQuery).
