Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation is seeking a Senior Community Operations Manager to lead our core delivery areas—Football, Disability, Education, and Community Wellbeing—driving performance and impact. This on-site role at our Brighton offices requires strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.

You will line-manage department heads, optimise resources, and help shape welcoming community programmes that improve wellbeing and activity across Sussex.

Role: Senior Community Operations Manager

Location: 136 Freshfield Road offices, Brighton

Salary: £46,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Type: 6 month fixed term contract

This role will also include the line management of the department heads of our delivery areas.
