Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee operations at the American Express Stadium and training ground in Brighton. You will maintain a world-class environment for players, staff and supporters while leading a large team across multiple sites.

This full-time, permanent role requires a proactive safety mindset, COSHH compliance, and the ability to manage 24/7 facilities with high standards and clear communication.

Job description

Role: Facilities Supervisor
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, to include evenings and weekends
Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing
Contract Type: Permanent
