Job summary

Radius is seeking two Business Development Executives to join its Crewe office. You will generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and engage with decision-makers to position Microsoft solutions, Cyber Security services, and DMARC offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, business development, telesales, or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking with decision-makers over the phone and via virtual meetings.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and campaigns.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
• Engage with decision-makers to understand technology and security challenges.
• Introduce and position Microsoft solutions, Cyber Security services, and DMARC offerings.
• Book and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with specialist sales, technical, and pre-sales teams to develop solutions.
• Maintain customer records, activities, and opportunities in CRM.
• Aim to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop product and industry knowledge through training and coaching.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell across the portfolio.
