Job summary

Radiuslimited is seeking two Business Development Executives to join our Crewe office. You will focus on new business, engaging with prospective customers, and positioning Microsoft solutions, Cyber Security services, and DMARC offerings.

You will work with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and maintain a strong pipeline. The role is office-based five days a week with full training, clear career progression, and opportunities to grow within one of the fastest-growing tech

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, business development, telesales, or customer-facing commercial role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking with decision-makers over the phone and via virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
• Engage with business decision-makers to understand their technology and security needs.
• Introduce and position Microsoft solutions, Cyber Security services, and DMARC offerings.
• Book and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with specialist sales, technical, and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions.
• Maintain CRM records of activities and opportunities.
• Aim to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Continue developing product knowledge through training and coaching.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell across the portfolio.
