Bistrot Pierre Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the senior kitchen team and confidently run sections during service. You will help maintain high standards of fresh, quality food, develop consistency, organisation and teamwork in a busy kitchen.

In this role you will deliver dishes to company specifications, assist with stock control, and guide junior team members while sustaining hygiene and safety throughout service.
