Bistrot Pierre in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the senior kitchen team, run a section during service and uphold high standards of freshness and presentation.

You will develop consistency, organisation and teamwork in a busy fresh food kitchen while delivering dishes to company specifications.
