Bistrot Pierre in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the senior kitchen team and confidently run sections during service. You will help develop consistency, organisation and teamwork in a busy fresh food kitchen.

You will work alongside a passionate team, maintain high standards, and contribute to stock control and kitchen organisation while showcasing your culinary skills and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Confidence working under pressure.
• Passion for fresh, quality food.
