Bistrot Pierre in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will run your own section during service, support a senior kitchen team, and help maintain high standards across service.

You’ll contribute to consistency, organisation and teamwork, delivering fresh, high-quality dishes while leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Confidence working under pressure.
• Passion for fresh, quality food.
