Hand Picked Hotels Ltd. seeks a Junior Sous Chef at L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa in Jersey. Join a coastal team delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes with strong leadership in a busy kitchen.

You will work closely with the Head Chef, ensuring excellent presentation, flavour and consistency. The role is full-time, five days from seven, with a 45-hour week and a competitive hourly rate plus service charge.

Qualificações

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a quality hotel/restaurant.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for high standards, learning, and development.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with food preparation and service under the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
• Help supervise sections and support junior team members.
• Contribute to stock control and maintain food safety standards.
• Assist with menu preparation across the hotel, including private dining and events.
• Lead by example during service and support the wider culinary team.
