Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week across 5 days on a rota.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

• Assist with food preparation and service, maintain high standards of presentation and flavour.
