Loungers is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for the Rollo Lounge kitchen. The role supports the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping the team deliver great shifts and ensuring every dish leaving the pass is to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience working with fresh ingredients and with kitchen prep (hot and cold), cleaning, knife skills and good hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts, ensuring prep is ready and each dish goes out to spec.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards each shift.
• Own your section, manage prep, par, cleanliness, hygiene and food safety at all times.
• Follow allergen processes to keep the kitchen compliant and safe.
• Support and develop newer chefs and the wider kitchen team.
